Special Forever letter addressed to Principals posted to all primary schools in the Murray-Darling Basin. The letter encourages principals and teachers to undertake environmental action in their community.
Register interest in Special forever online.
Special Forever package addressed to the Environmental Education Coordinator posted to all primary schools in the Murray-Darling Basin.
Package includes:
- 2009 book Rivers of wonder
- Registration Form
- Poster
Teachers decide on unit of work. Contact local experts such as Land Care, Catchment Management Authority, local Council, Indigenous Community Elders to discuss supporting project. Unit of work planned and integrated across curriculum.

- create writing , artwork and/or multimedia texts
Schools select and submit writing and artwork for consideration for publication in the 2010 anthology, to Regional Coordinators by 18 June 2010.
- Consideration for Publication Form (see Forms & Guidelines) should be attached to each piece of student work
- Student Writing/Artwork sent to Regional Coordinator Form, (see Forms & Guidelines) a listing of the names of the students should be completed
